Meet the Editors at the Focused Meeting: Emerging Zoonosis and AMR

29 June 2018

JMM’s co-Editor-in Chief Norman Fry and Section Editors Roberto La Ragione and Kim Hardie will be at the Focused Meeting: Emerging Zoonoses and AMR: A Global Threat on Monday 2 July. Talk to them about the submission process, what type of papers we publish or where research in this field is heading.

Delegates attending the Focused Meeting can visit the Microbiology Society stand during the event to discuss the Society’s journals and find out how to submit their research.

 Key topics covered will be:

  • Novel and emerging antimicrobial resistance in animals and humans
  • Emerging technologies for detecting and tracking pathogens and AMR
  • New and emerging viral, bacterial and parasitic infections of animals and humans
  • Understanding global reservoirs of zoonotic diseases

Don't miss our Editor Arnoud van Vliet discussing his research on Campylobacter at 15:10.

In association with the Journal of Medical Microbiology, this Focused Meeting on Emerging Zoonoses and AMR will take place Monday 2 July 2018 at the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Surrey, UK. For a full programme of events, click here.
