abstract= Bacillary angiomatosis is a well-recognized infection with cutaneous and systemic manifestations caused by Bartonella henselae or Bartonella quintana and occurs in immunocompromised patients. We report a case of B. quintana bacillary angiomatosis following fludarabine-based chemotherapy for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia that was refractory to standard treatment and was complicated by lymphadenopathy and osteomyelitis.,
